  • TOUR COST BASIS: Land tour is based on minimum of 15 participants. If this is not reached, selling price is subject to increase. All fares are based on rates in effect at time of printing and are subject to change. Increase in Security and Fuel charges, when applicable, are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Airport taxes, fuel and security charges are subject to change and cannot be confirmed until the group is ticketed.
    HOTELS: Tour based on 5 & 4 star hotels. Rates based on double occupancy. Private rooms are available upon request, at an additional charge and depending on availability.
    SIGHTSEEING: By deluxe air-conditioned motor coach as per itinerary including all entrance fees and services of an English-speaking guide on touring days. Sequence and minor adjustments of the itinerary may be changed without notice if deemed necessary. Any omission may be made if deemed necessary by local authorities for security reasons.
    BAGGAGE: A maximum of 1 checked piece of luggage, weighing a maximum of 50 pounds, and one carry-on bag which can fit under your seat or in the overhead compartment.
    MEALS: A buffet style breakfast and dinner are included daily.
    NOT INCLUDED: In addition to the items referenced under the “Not Included” section, the following are also not included; passport fees, insurance, expenses resulting from illness or accident, loss or damage to luggage, items of a personal nature. Congress registrations are not included in the cost.
    DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: A deposit of $1000 per person is required at time of booking. No reservation will be processed without a deposit. Full or final payment must be received no later than 90 days prior to departure. Anyone joining the tour after this date may be required to pay an additional fee.
    CANCELLATIONS: A $150.00 processing fee will be charged for any cancellations. If cancellations occur after 09/10/25, the total tour cost is non-refundable.
    VISA REQUIREMENTS: There is a special visa required to enter Israel as a visitor, Contact Israel-entry.piba.gov.il to apply for the visa. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of the tour in order to enter Israel.
    RESPONSIBILITY: IMPACTING TOURS AND PRODUCTIONS, and/or their agents act only as agents for the passengers and for various companies over the lines of which tickets are available and these tours operate and assume no responsibility for liability in connection with the service of train, vessel, carriage, aircraft of other conveyance which may be used wholly or in part the performance of its duty to the passenger. Neither will they be responsible for any act and/or omission for any injury, sickness, loss, accident, guarantee, strike, political unrest or act of God, war, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle of through neglect or default of any hotel proprietor or hotel service or for any other engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets coupons are issued. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the passengers for any reason whatsoever to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept passengers or members of the tour. In such instances, unused equitable amount will be refunded. The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure in which case full refund will constitute full settlement to the passenger. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour unless arrangements are made in sufficient time to avoid penalties. Baggage is at the owner’s risk entirely. The issuance and acceptance of voucher or ticket shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. The airlines concerned (if applicable) are not to be held responsible for any act omission or event during the time the passengers are not onboard their planes or conveyances. The passenger contact in use by the airline contracting when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The service of any International Air Transport Association carrier may be used for these tours. Payment of deposit for this tour signifies full understanding and acceptance of the above-mentioned conditions.
